I've been writing some web content and blog posts about the risk to corporate brands of social media posts by employees. The examples in this article are real clangers but it's worth considering that you don't need to be a household name - or insult the President of the USA - to find yourself experiencing an #internetfail and some serious brand reputation damage. Employee check-ins, pictures or personal opinions can all come back to bite you. Time to dust off and update your social media usage policy?
