Working from home can sound like heaven after years of commuting and little work/life balance but as Baremetrics say, there are definitely challenges.  

For me personally and although it's a simple tip, having a clear 'to do' list keeps me focused on achieving what I need to and not getting too distracted....and who doesn't love ticking things off a list!
