This is a great tip about managing social media presence online. Take time out to engage and talk to your followers. If I'm honest, I don't often find enough time to do this. I enjoy it when I go to events - I listen, connect, converse and sometimes even meet people!
Basically, think of the 70/30 ratio. 70% of your content should be curated from valuable sources relating to the business/industry you're in. 30% should be from your company. You've earned enough credibility to slot those stories into your timeline.
